Are you planning to hold a congress or symposium in Bavaria? Government support is available through the Bavarian Congress Fund. For events with at least 300 delegates and a minimum duration of two days, you can apply for fixed sum funding that depends on the number of participants and length of the event. The funding starts at €12,000 but can be as much as €125,000 for large congresses lasting several days.
